Holiday shopping is officially in full swing and although we’ve still got a few weeks until Christmas, it’s definitely time to start getting to it if you haven’t already. I covered all the necessities to start shopping for your family back in November with my first Holiday gift guide but now it’s time to focus on the special guy in your life. Chances are if you’ve got a guy or two on your list and they probably haven’t given you a wish list either. I always find that guys are so easy going when it comes to gifting, but I always have the hardest time finding the perfect gift for them.
Whether you’re shopping for your husband, father, best friend or the new guy in your lift, this list is packed with must-haves that any guy would be stoked to open on Christmas day!
Holiday Gift Guide: Him
The Gentleman – Barchef Project The Toasted Old Fashioned
Do you have a guy on your list that’s into Whisky? The obvious choice is to pick up a bottle of premium Whisky and you’re done. That’s a great option, but why not try something a little more adventurous like Barchef Project’s The Toasted Old Fashioned. This collaboration between Toronto’s Barchef and Stillwaters distillery takes the classic Old Fashioned cocktail and pairs it with toasted flavours for a ready to pour cocktail.
Shop: Barchef Project The Toasted Old Fashioned, $24.90
The Rebel – John Varvatos Dark Rebel Cologne
Cologne is always a great choice if you’re looking for a gift idea, but usually reserved for when you know the person’s preferences or favourite scents. For the guy in your life who’s into smoky fragrances, John Varvatos Dark Rebel Cologne is definitely something both him and you will love. Dark Rebel is a smoky oriental cologne with notes of wood, tobacco, leather and vanilla, to name a few. It’s overall a very masculine scent, but us ladies can totally pull off wearing it too!
Shop: John Varvatos Dark Rebel Cologne, $110
The Working Man – Casper Pillow
You probably have a hard working man on your list that likes the simpler things in life, like weekend afternoon naps? Then there’s no better gift than the one of sleep with a Casper Pillow! Casper is no doubt changing the sleep game by expanding their products, bringing it to a whole other level. The Casper Pillow is one of their classic offerings, and essentially is a pillow zipped into another fluffier pillow cover for maximum comfort. It’s designed for all sleep types, whether you sleep on your stomach, side, back or all of the above.
Shop: Casper Pillow, from $85
The Classic Man – Daniel Wellington Classic Cornwall
There are only so many times you can gift ties and cufflinks before your lack in creativity starts to get obvious. So for the style loving guy on your list why not get him a Daniel Wellington watch like their Classic Cornwall. The great thing about Daniel Wellington watches is they have removable straps in a variety of styles, materials and colours giving you future gift opportunities too. Daniel Wellington current has their Holiday Gift Set promotions going on including their Gift Set Creator that allows you to select certain products to bundle together customizing your own gift set. You can shop with my code THEMJELLE to get additional savings on your order!
Shop: Daniel Wellington Classic Cornwall, $285
The Music Enthusiast – Sennheiser HD 25 Headphones
Everyone’s into wireless earbuds lately but if you ask any music enthusiast or musician, they’ll probably tell you nothing beats a classic pair of on-ear headphones for crisp and clear sound. If you have a musician or music snob on your list, I recommend you check out Sennheiser’s HD 25 Headphones as a gift idea for them. They’re known as professional DJ headphones so you can be sure the sound quality is superb. The only downfall to these headphones is they do not fold up or come with a case, so if the person you’re thinking of giving these to travels a lot I suggest investing in a case for them, which go for around $30 on Amazon.
Shop: Sennheiser HD 25 Headphones, $199.95
